Dive Rite Line Cutter

These are NOT new, nor are they the ceramic version... these are the steel blade line cutter from Dive Rite.  Don't ask why they are packaged on the "ceramic blade" version of the packaging.  Still in very good condition, blade is replaceable.  Fits on 2" webbing and has velcro strap on the back. Priced individually.
