Flipper's Diving LLC's Refund Policy

Check out the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not completely satisfied, you can return it as provided herein (less the shipping charge, for items for which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the merchandise for a full refund. We'll provide another 60 days (90 days from the purchase date) to return for in-store credit. Please note that all orders purchased with a credit card are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee upon return or cancelation. 

If you are requesting an exchange, we will expect you to pay all shipping and handling charges associated with your exchange. 

You'll need the original manufacturer's labeled packaging with all materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Custom gear like drysuits, Genesis DPVs, special order spearguns or any equipment made to measurements custom to your measurements is not returnable. Moldable mouthpieces, regular mouthpieces that have been used and ear plugs are not returnable. 

Returned items must be returned in the original condition as received.  A 7% or $10 (whichever is larger) total transaction restocking fee will be deducted on all returned items.  If items are returned and appear to be in used condition, they will be subject to a 15% or minimum $10 Restocking Fee. This is subject to change depending on the severity of damage/use to the item.  Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. All shipping discrepancies must be reported by the customer within 72 hours of receiving the package.

If a customer rejects a shipment and requests that it be "Returned to Sender" the customer will be charged a return fee equivalent to the cost of the "Return To Sender."

Pre-Paid Fill Cards:  Fill cards purchased for air and nitrox fills are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash or trade value.  Cards are transferrable to another qualified Flipper's Diving LLC customer, but please work directly with Flipper's Diving management if you would like to transfer your fill card to another customer.
