8" Stainless Steel Tank Bands

This is a set of heavy duty stainless steel bands for 8" diameter cylinders.  The reason they are discounted heavily is that the previous owner put a layer ( or several layers) of duct tape around the inside of the bands (not sure why) and I don't want to mess with cleaning it off.  Also there is only 1 bolt/rod/hardware included... so you'd need to source another to complete the set.  If cleaned up with hardware, they'll be a solid set of bands for any large volume 8" diameter cylinders.
