Aluminum 19cf Scuba Cylinder

I've got a couple aluminum 19 cubic foot scuba cylinders (AL19) both with current hydro/vip/02 clean and ready to dive.  Both cylinders come with a standard K-valve (yoke regulator compatible) valve and a fresh VIP.
