Aqualung 2nd Stage Quick Disconnect Adaptor

New/Old stock.  Aqualung quick disconnect hose adaptor.  This adaptor allows you to quickly/easily remove your 2nd stage regulator from the hose.  I believe this is specific to Aqualung regulators althought I could certainly be wrong.  This is new in the box, retailed for $60... now 1/2 price.
