It came with a pile of gear that also included a couple of Meg CCR units... I'm guessing it is a rebreather calibration device, but that is only a guess.

Upon some direction from a friend, we found a similar item on the Techme website. It appears to be a P-port style cell holder. Another couple people identified this one likely is used in a draeger rebreather. I'm still unsure. Sold as is.
