DUI heavy duty weight belt.  This is a good option for divers who need to wear a lot of weight, possibly diving cold water/drysuit, etc and your BCD just won't hold as much weight as you need.  The suspenders make it easy to carry the additional weight and it's intended to be worn under your BCD.  The pockets have quick pull handles to dump all weight in an emergency easily. You should be able to fit 20lbs of soft weights on each side (40 total). Size medium.
