Scuba Tank Banger

Tank bangers for your scuba tank.  Awesome cost effective way to alert your buddy underwater.  Just put this elastic band around your scuba cylinder near the bottom.  When you need to signal your buddy, reach back and pull the ball and let it clang against the tank.  Loud and effective!
