basically new... these were setup on a pair of LP50s... sat for almost 2 years, never dove. Then removed. 5.5" diameter stainless steel heavy duty tank bands. Perfect for LP50's, AL40 or other similar diameter cylinders. Comes with hardware that is pictured.
