This is a quick release bracket that can be used for a variety of applications including mounting a pony bottle to your primary cylinder, CCR inflation bottles, etc. Get creative... you can easily swap out the hose clamps for different sizes based on the cylinders you intend to it with. The knob on top pulls upward and the bracket slides from front to back to release one side from the other. If you need/want some larger hose clamps I have some I'm happy to toss in.
