Shipping policy
Free shipping on orders over $100. If a buyer wishes to return an item, return shipping expense is the responsibility of the buyer and the initial cost of shipping the item will be deducted from the amount of the return.

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. Expect an email once your order is processed to let you know your order is on the way. Once shipped, please allow up to 14 days to receive your order for domestic shipping or up to 4 weeks for international shipping options. Most orders are received much faster, but this allows for unexpected delays from the carrier.
STORE PICKUP: Orders may be picked up at the shop. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup, but you will need to schedule a pickup time and date. Please contact the shop directly to do so. Call or email 904-206-7102 or FlippersDiving@gmail.com.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 for most items. Please see the item description for items that do not qualify for this discount.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to many countries. Please verify during checkout to ensure your country is included. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping time can vary up to 2-4 weeks depending on your location and choice of shipping method. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT or tariffs), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Flipper’s Diving LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please plan and understand how your local import taxes and fees are calculated and charged. Flipper's Diving LLC will not be able to recall orders from freight carriers no provide refunds or exchanges due to unanticipated international taxes or fees.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY: We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. Flipper’s Diving LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
MISSING, DELAYED OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS: If you have not received your order after 14 days please contact Flipper’s Diving LLC for instructions on how to proceed. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation after you have provided notice of non-delivery.
In addition, if the missing package is subsequently delivered after a refund has been issued, Flipper’s Diving LLC will contact you and provide an option of either paying for the items or we will provide a return shipping label for you to return the order promptly.
