This is an Apeks regulator, branded by Zeagle and I believe it was the model "Zeagle 50D/ZX" but could be wrong. 2nd stage is a balanced/adjustable regulator with venturi assist. The first stage is also balanced, environmentally sealed and has fixed LP ports (doesn't swivel) and is a DIN cylinder connection. Regulator has been tested and tuned and is ready to dive. Last rebuild is unknown.
