This is a pair of DTD trim weight/drop weight pouches with a pair of cam bands. They are intended to be used with a backplate/wing style BCD and harness for integrated weights, however the previous owner appears to have just ran some cam bands through them for additional weight on their cylinder. Do what you will... they are heavy duty and should hold at least 12lbs in each pocket. Red pull tabs are for a quick dump of the weight. Sold as a set/package.
