This is a weight system by Halcyon for diving doubles. The pouches are able to be opened and you can adjust how much weight is in each pouch. This is intended to slide onto the bolts of your doubles bands and hide behind your wing and backplate. Great for diving light weight doubles or aluminum doubles when extra weight is needed.
