"Hi-Tech" 16# weight belt

"Hi-Tech" weight belt.  16lbs total weight, 2 - 8lb sleeves, sealed with lead shot.  Belt is currently about 4' long, however has ability to be adjusted much longer, so basically "one size fits all".  Comes with standard weight belt buckle.
