SOLD AS IS... NO GUARENTEES. Light appears to be in fantastic/like new condition, HOWEVER i charged it up over night, hooked up the battery and it turned on for a minute and then died. I'm safely going to assume the battery pack is dead. I'm unsure if/how the battery pack can be disassembled and replaced. This is a "blue" florescent light intended for shooting underwater photography. All accessories pictured are included. Sold as is, no returns.
